Minimum 25 to Maximum 200 Guests

Venue Available 9AM-11PM

Weekday (Monday-Thursday) = $9,000

Weekend (Friday-Sunday) = $12,500

$ 1,000 discount on Sundays

$500.00 deposits are due upon confirmation of date. Deposits will secure date requested.

We suggest booking for the minimum realistic number of attendees you anticipate, as this serves as your minimum guarantee. Adjustments to the number of attendees can be made up to 2 weeks prior to the event, except for decreases.

Catering, bar selections, and minimum guest count must be finalized 14 days prior to event. Final guest guarantee must be finalized 7 days before event. Catering offers a variety of menu options and can accommodate special dietary restrictions upon request. Outside food and beverage are not permitted on the property.

Taxes will be added to the venue rental and any additional services. Tennessee sales tax is 9.25%.

In the event of cancellation, any expenses incurred by the venue become the responsibility of the client. If the venue is unable to resell the space, additional cancellation fees may apply, including the loss of deposit, payment for already purchased food and beverage items, or payment for labor charges incurred.
