Recognized on the national historic register, Cedarwood has been thoughtfully renovated to seamlessly blend old-world elegance with modern conveniences, offering a true taste of southern hospitality.

Delight your guests with a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces to utilize & explore during your Cedarwood wedding, all conveniently connected and accessible by foot. Plus, enjoy the convenience of on-site parking! Choose from various ceremony locations set amidst the breathtaking scenery of the south. And don't worry about rain – we've got you covered with sheltered areas.

    Taxes will be added to the venue rental and any additional services. Tennessee sales tax is 9.25%.

OVERVIEW & POLICIES


Saturday = Minimum 80 people

Monday-Friday & Sunday = Minimum 50 people


Maximum 200 people $500.00 deposits are due upon confirmation of date. Deposits will secure the date requested.

We suggest booking for the minimum realistic number of attendees you anticipate, as this serves as your minimum guarantee. Adjustments to the number of attendees can be made up to 2 weeks prior to the event, except for decreases.

Catering, bar selections and minimum guest count must be finalized 14 days before the event. Final guest guarantee must be finalized 7 days before the event.

Catering offers a variety of menu options and can accommodate special dietary restrictions upon request. Outside food and beverage are not permitted on the property.

A professional planner/coordinator is required.

Taxes will be added to the venue rental and any additional services. Tennessee sales tax is 9.25%. In the event of cancellation, any expenses incurred by the venue become the responsibility of the client. If the venue is unable to resell the space, additional cancellation fees may apply, including the loss of deposit, payment for already purchased food and beverage items, or payment for labor charges incurred.
